Factory front mounted heat exchanger is small and not efficient enough to provide enough cooling to tuned S55 engines. CTS designed the heat exchange to overcome that problem. Double-pass core was made to be higher flowing and larger than factory but still drop into stock location. CNC machined mounting points and hose connections allow for a seamless install without any need to cut or trim any factory parts.
THey also included a handy vent to allow you to easily bleed any air out of the cooling system after the installation.
